Cláudia is a Zürich-based design strategist, developing solutions with a hybrid approach of research and innovation through UX design, industrial design & business strategies.
About Me
I'm a Portuguese designer with 7 years of experience working in projects that range Industrial Design, Health tech solutions, Sustainable Packaging, Strategic Design & UX Design Research.
Currently investigating healthcare personnel communication channels and developing new solutions to reduce silos in emergency departments, solving one of the most significant present challenges of 2020/21.

Human-centered design methodology is used as a pillar towards finding better solutions to increase process transparency and optimize interaction and workflows between healthcare providers. Qualitative research through expert interviews, questionaries and observations is crucial for opportunity framing and for the development of innovative solutions.
Background & Motivation

During my career I had the chance to work with international partners and institutions such as Stanford, KONE, Nobel Biocare and IKEA.

My main motivation is to bring UX Research to Health, Pharma and Tech industries partners in a problem-solving setting with a facilitator voice. Helping them develop and launch impactful solutions.

I am continuously looking for new challenges in order to develop my knowledge, be part of new disruptive teams and help organisations to grow.
