As a senior service designer and researcher with over 9 years of experience, I've contributed to projects in health tech solutions, luxury goods, and sustainable packaging, all driven by Strategic Design & UX principles.

Passionate about medtech, generative AI, and ethnographic research, I lead teams, coach designers and researchers, facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other research activities. Currently, I lecture on design and innovation to various audiences, from mid-level enthusiasts to C-level executives and medical professionals.
